  • Two: The hyper-responsive customers are your customers because they perceive “real points of difference”. These people (or, this person) is your customer because there’s something that you offer (or should offer) that no one else does. Do you know what this is? You may or may not even have this in your business, but if you knew what these real points of difference, you could stand to attract more of these hyper-responsive buyers.
  • Three: The hyper-responsive customer can readily detect hype, overstated claims, and false promises. Hype may sell…but it won’t sell to the knowledgeable hyper-responsive buyer. That’s because they know exactly what they are looking for, and in some cases, can even provide you with insight into a better product than the ones most of your competitors are tying to sell them. (It’s almost like you’d want this hyper-responsive buyer to be your business partner.)
  • Four: When you really know your super ideal buyer, you’ll be able to use the language that they are most responsive to.
  • Five: Regardless of how good your research is, you should always estimate your advertising risk before you move forward with an advertising campaign. Common sense, but so uncommonly practiced by eager advertisers who try to “jump the gun,” only to land with a negative ROI.
