IM Elite is a content-based, thriving social networking community by Alex Shelton and George Brown
IM Elite is a content-based, social media networking community for Internet marketers. It’s a joint project by George Brown and Alex Shelton. In this IM Elite review, we’ll tell you about who and what’s behind IM Elite, as well as give you a good over view of this membership site.
One way to summarize what IM Elite is about, at least in terms of content, is to say that it covers virtually everything you need to know about Internet marketing. We know that seems like a bit of a stretch, but there are currently over 2,000 active members, and IM Elite has a high stick rate, which goes to show that members feel that they’re learning and getting something out of it.
In addition to the content, which spans across 7 main categories, members also get the social media and networking benefits of this platform. This is great because you can get to know other members, there are discussion forums and blogs you can create. You can also form groups of other marketers and work together on certain projects.
IM Elite’s 8 Main Categories and What They Cover
IM Elite Category 1: Affiliate Marketing – Alex and George are qualified to teach this, as they’ve had enormous success as affiliates. Here are a few videos you’ll find in this category:
- The Authority Linking Plan is a 15-minute video by Dan The Internet Man. If you’re considering creating an authority site, this is one video to see. In this video, you’ll learn about linking structure and what you should avoid when linking, either internally (within your site), and externally (getting links from other sites).
- Auto-Blogging 101. Auto-blogging is where you set up a blog that automatically gets content from other sources. Your blog becomes automatic because it updates automatically for you. This video tells you which WordPress plugins you need to pull this off.
- Must-Have WordPress Plugins For an Affiliate Marketer. This is a short video that’s between 4 and 5 minutes long. It lists key plugins you should have, and the speaker gives an overview on each plugin.
IM Elite Category 2: CPA Marketing – This is just an extension of affiliate marketing. CPA stands for Cost-Per-Acquisition (or Cost-Per-Action). Again, Alex and George are qualified to teach this. Here are a few of the videos you’ll see here:
An Introduction To CPA Marketing is exactly that: if you’ve heard of CPA, and want a good grasp of what it is, this is a good video to watch.
CPA Application Process Live – As the title implies, this is a demonstration of how to apply for a CPA network. You might think this is trivial, but some people find it hard to get accepted into CPA networks. That’s because CPA networks have to guard themselves against people who might not have the most legitimate intentions. In so doing, they can reject the applications of good folks who want to honestly reach their dreams. The tips you’ll learn in this video help you increase your chances of getting accepted.
IM Elite Category 3: Info Marketing – If you’ve seen Eben Pagan’s recent Guru Blueprint pre-launch videos, you know that the information marketing opportunity can be very profitable.
IM Elite Category 4: Interviews – These are great for knowing how successful people go about doing things.
IM Elite Category 5: Self-Improvement – The online success game can more be a personal challenge than an online one.
IM Elite Category 6: Sniper Training – George was the one who brought out Google Sniper, so it’s fitting that there’s a category here on this type of training.
IM Elite Category 7: Technical Help – This section features a few videos covering some of the technical hurdles people might face.
IM Elite Category 8: Traffic Generation – This section has videos on backlink domination, social media, top secret traffic sources, and installing WordPress for the first time.
IM Elite Scam?
IM Elite is not a scheme or a one-size-fits-all business opportunity. In fact, you can think of it as a virtual school: there’s content for you to learn from, and you can make friends via the networking. You’re not told that you have to follow a specific business model (though there is an emphasis on affiliate marketing and CPA). Instead, you’ll be provided with all the knowledge you need to form a foundational understanding of Internet marketing, and you’ll be able to develop your own approach, or follow one of the proven approaches in IM Elite.
Verdict: Not a scam.
In conclusion, if you’re the business person who’s “social” and likes to have fun (make friends) while learning, IM Elite is worthy of your consideration. IM Elite already has over 2,000 active members ready to welcome you.
