So many Internet marketing forums…which ones will help you succeed as an Internet marketer?  In this article, we’ll tell you about a few of the different types of Internet marketing forums, and tell you a bit about each one.  By the end of this article, you’ll be more equipped to find the right web marketing forum that fits your needs.

For one, an Internet marketing forum (like any forum) is a community of people who share a similar interest.  You can learn a lot from forums by just browsing the archived discussions.  Usually, these discussions are on various topics surrounding the overall topic.

One of the realities of the Internet marketing niche (and general make money online niche) is that it’s a very commercialized niche.  For example, if you’re looking for a way to make money online, and you join an e-mail list, chances are, you’ll be sent many commercial e-mails, each one of them urging you to buy or invest in something.

Of course, some of these products are good, but a lot of them are just not good, or outdated.  But, how do you tell what’s good from what’s bad?

In addition to finding out about the products to avoid, you’ll also find out about the products are good.  Just spend some time on some of the better marketing forums, and you’ll be able to get a feel of not just which products are good, but of which business models are working well for others.

Oh…when choosing a forum, even in a narrow subject like a build a niche store forum, try to choose a public forum.  By public, I don’t mean public in the civil sense–I mean, not one that’s run by a product owner.  The reason for this is that on a public Internet business forum, there’s more open discussion and less censorship.  Forums that are free to join, that don’t have the requirement of purchasing a product before hand, are a good example of public forums.

Also, forums that have sections that you can easily access via the search engines are good, too.
