What would you do if you heard that somewhere, there are several pieces of property that can be found, bought for cheap, and then sold (or “flipped”) for several times the price you had found them for?
Wouldn’t that be…a gold rush of sorts?
This phenomena doesn’t just apply to physical real estate…it also applies to virtual real estate (by virtual real estate, or VRE, we mean internet websites.)
Enter The Site Rush by Saj P. The basic idea behind The Site Rush is that you can buy, or aquire, decent websites (VRE) and sell (or “flip”) them for enormous profits.
Saj and his students have been able to do very well by doing exactly that: they know how do distinguish good, decent websites from the bad one, acquire them increase their value, and sell them for multiple profits.

The Site Rush Content Structure
The site Rush is, at it’s core, comprised of 3 main modules and 1 bonus module.
Having said that, it’s important to note that it’s not necessary for a student to move from module 1, to module 2, to module 3. The modules correlate to stages of development, instead of successive levels of requirement. What I mean by that is that a student can read only module 1, and still know enough to practice the methods and develop to become a good site flipper. Once the student has had a few successes and wants to develop further, they can move to module 2.
Module 1: The Quick Flipper Strategies
This module, or level of development, is for new site flippers who have no experience and/or no substantial money to invest.
The aim of this module is to provide enough information to give the student a solid understanding of the process of “quick buy, quick sell.” Depending on the time and effort the student puts in, The Site Rush estimates that you can earn from $500 to $5,000 a moth.
Once the student has developed enough, they are ready for the second module…
Module 2: Advanced Hunter Marketing
At this level, more in-depth work is put into finding and renovation each site, and the returns can be several times what they can be at Module 1. These more advanced strategies involved finding under-optimized, under-monetized sites. Ou then aquire these sites (or even only one site, as the potential return for one of these sites can be huge). After that, you renovate these sites by employing traffic surge techniques and adding monetization elements into them (or it). By doing this, you now have the stats to prove the value of your site. This is how a site you purchased and renovated can be sold for tens of thousands of dollars.
Module 3: The Kingpin Investor
Though one can become financially secure at the first and second modules, the level of the kingpin investors is where one is so successful that they can retire for life. This module focuses on teaching you how to acquire a portfolio of membership sites that give you a good, stable, monthly recurring income.
Module 4: Bonus Module
The sub-sub-title of this module is The Real Underground Million Dollar Blueprints. Essentially, this is a 9-page feature that shows how one of Saj’s close friends makes millions of dollars. Though we can’t go into more detail here, lets just say that it involves web brokering.
