When Joel was a kid, his dad would take him to college football games. Joel would marvel at the thousands of people in the stadium, considering the idea that if he just got one or two dollars from each person in the stadium, “I'd be rich!”

Years and years later, with a wife and five children to support, Joel found himself with his back against the wall. He had just lost his job, and was $50,000 in debt.

It was at this point that Joel sat down, thought of his childhood memories at the stadium, and came up with the business model he would later refine and call The Mini Site Formula. It was this formula that led him to where his is today.
